Taylor Carpenter
Taylor Carpenter is the founder and visionary of CodeCafe. He has provided services for individuals, small to mid-sized businesses, and corporations (Nortel Networks, IBM, Bank of America), using technologies ranging from C programming and CORBA to Captive Portal technology and VOIP.
Taylor has a technical background with over 15 years of experience in Unix, from AIX through Linux, and with programming, from C through Ruby and Python. He has provided training in programming and Unix systems, as well as project management and team leadership continuously through the years. Many projects have been integrating various systems, from Main frames to Windows/Linux environments, to embedded systems and the outside world. He uses his experience in analyzing the connections and details in the business model and then creating detailed requirement specifications, design documents, and leading in implementation for the final solution.
Taylor currently resides in Austin, TX with his wife Deana, and three children.
